Swansfield recently adopted a new discipline program called 1-2-3 Magic, which has been in effect for several weeks. As an extension of our program, we are offering an evening with Lacey Tsonis, the Instructor who trained our staff. She will explore this proven method of discipline with humor and insight.
Families will learn how the program is implemented at Swansfield and how to use it at home to manage challenging and difficult behavior, promote positive behaviors, and strengthen the parent-child relationship.

Presenter, Lacey Tsonis, has worked with children in child care, school, and summer camp settings for over 15 years. She began presenting the 1-2-3 Magic methods in 2009 and has presented to over 600 parents and teachers.
Her presentation is based on the book 1-2-3 Magic by Thomas Phelan.
