A Note from the Nurse: Last Day for Medication Pickup

Last day to pick up medications from the HR is Tuesday, June 19, at 12PM.
All medications orders for next school year need to be dated on or after July 1st.
Effective school year 18-19, Maryland State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene requires all incoming Kindergarteners, 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and 4th grade students in the state of Maryland to have TWO Chickenpox (Varicella) and TWO MMR vaccines BEFORE entering school.
Failure to provide proof of updated immunizations by the first day of school, or to provide evidence of an appointment to receive those immunizations within 20 calendar days from the first day of school, will result in your student being excluded from school.
