The HCPSS Professional Development Schools Program (PDSP) supports the HCPSS mission and goals and is in alignment with The Redesign of Teacher Education (also known as The Redesign). The Redesign was endorsed in 1995 by the State Board of Education to align teacher preparation programs with school improvement, thus enhancing teaching and learning for all children.
