Swansfield Pride in our Bus Drivers!
Our own Mr. Rick, Bus Driver of Bus 617, was recognized in the August/September Issue of Chesapeake Family Magazine!
Mr. Rick was interviewed and shared insights on how bus drivers contribute to the learning of our students.
He certainly embodies that each and every day with us!
Swansfield Receives a Poetry Grant at the Howard County Council of the Arts Celebration
Our PTA Representative, Mrs. Kandice Dickover, accepted a grant for our 4th and 5th Grade Poet-In-Residence in early September!
This will allow for a deep investigation of reading and writing poetry for our students in the Spring!
