Students Can Celebrate Halloween Early at Fall Dance and Trunk or Treat on Friday, October 26
Swansfield families, our PTA has helped us plan a wonderful evening of family fun. Next Friday, October 26, please join us for a Fall Dance and Trunk or Treat event.
We want to make sure our community understands that this is the dedicated event for our students to celebrate Halloween. We will NOT be hosting a Halloween parade during the school day this year. The Dance and Trunk or Treat will be in place of the parade.
We look forward to seeing you next Friday evening beginning at 6:30 pm.

Thank you in advance for your support!
Dental Screening Consent Forms Coming Home Soon
Smile Programs - The Mobile Dentists will be coming to SES again. Their first visit is scheduled for November 26-28. Paper consent forms will be coming home soon so please check your child's folder, complete fully, and return to the Health Room as soon as possible. For those choosing to complete the online form, please visit: www.MySchoolDentist.com.
Top FitnessThon Fundraisers
Congratulations to our top three FitnessThon fundraisers! These three Swansfield students have earned ice cream parties for their homeroom classes: Evan MacMillan in 5th grade, Gabriel Robbins in 2nd grade, and Brayden Pugh in kindergarten.
Our PTA thanks all our families who contributed to the FitnessThon. They raised more than $3500. Prizes are still available so if you have any contributions at home, please submit your envelopes.
Arrival and Dismissal Procedures
To ensure the safety of our school community, we ask that you please observe the procedures we have established for picking up and dropping off students at school. Please also be mindful of the limited school parking available during these hours, respecting residential parking spaces, and plan for the time it will take to dismiss all students safely. Thank you.

Review visitor procedures.
We appreciate your cooperation as we work together to build a safe and productive learning environment for all our students.
Volunteers/Chaperones Must Complete Training
All volunteers and field trip chaperones in HCPSS schools must complete the online training course prior to volunteering (see link below), print a completion certificate and return it to the front office. If you are unable to access online a printed version is available at school.
