Half-Day Schedules for June 10, June 11, June 14 & June 15

As we prepare for the closing weeks of this school year, we wanted to share with you in advance the Half-Day Schedules for the last four days of school for our students in grades K-5.  Grade-level teams will be including these schedules in their weekly announcement and are updating their Canvas calendars.  The schedules will also be posted on our School Website for easy reference.

#SwanFamily Staff Shout Outs

These final weeks of school, we want to provide an opportunity for anyone who wishes to recognize our staff for their outstanding work and dedication to our students.  If you would like to complete a #SwanFamily Shout Out, your kind words and recognition are always deeply appreciated!

Wish List for Recess Equipment

Looking ahead to next year and recognizing a need to replenish our indoor and outdoor recess equipment, we have created a WISH LIST for our school.  Our community has been so generous this year, we truly appreciate all assistance with helping us serve our students’ needs.

Blessings in a Backpack

Volunteers are needed to perform various duties for next year’s Blessings in a Backpack program. More information about this vital program can be found HERE. Interested volunteers should sign-up HERE.

Student Chromebooks

Students who will remain in HCPSS schools for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year may continue to borrow HCPSS technology devices over the summer. Only students leaving the school system , including those unenrolling or graduating, must return their assigned HCPSS technology devices.  See more HERE.

Welcome To The BSAP Corner

As the school year comes to an end, I want to applaud all the students for persevering through this never seen before school year. I wish you all a very enjoyable and restful summer!

Visitor Protocol Across School System

Visitors are not permitted under HCPSS Infectious Disease Plan. Exceptions are made for emergency services, contractors, and special situations. Facility special visitors will be limited and should occur by scheduled appointment only. No walk-in visitors are permitted. As much as possible, appointments to meet with parents and customers should be accommodated via telephone, video conference, or other suitable technology. When a face-to-face visit is necessary, the school or office must schedule an appointment time with the visitor and follow set steps outlined on page 23 of the Bridge to Normalized Instruction. When guidelines once again allow for in-person volunteers and/or visitors, the attached form must be completed to document visitors interacting with our learning environment.
