Reminders We Need Your Help for Swansfield Field Day In-person field day is back! Please consider donating your time for our annual Field Day on Friday May 20th. This day is always full of fun, friendship and fabulous sportsmanship! We need as many volunteers as possible to help staff the 5 different field day areas. Many students consider Field Day the best day of the year, in large part due to your presence. Thank you in advance for your help! Students will need to bring their HCPSS issued laptop (fully charged) and corded headphones (if possible). Any student without headphones will be issued a pair to use for the assessments. To learn more about Spring Assessments and MCAP please visit HCPSS Testing FAQ located on the HCPSS website.

PTA Updates PTA Executive Board Nominations ALL SIX officer positions will be vacant at the end of this school year. Nominations for the next 2 year term are being accepted now! If you’re interested in serving on the SES PTA Executive Board, please complete this brief survey by May 13. Who is eligible? Any member of the SES PTA (including staff, community members, grandparents, etc). SES Movie Night: Save the date! Mark your calendars for Friday, June 3, 6:30-9:30pm for an outdoor movie night at Swansfield! Before dusk, enjoy lawn games, food trucks, and complimentary popcorn and ice cream. At dusk, a family-friendly movie will be shown on the big screen! No cost to attend, RSVP will be requested for planning. Rain date: Friday, June 10.
SES International Night is coming up on May 23 at 6:30pm Please join us for this wonderful evening of food, fun and learning as we celebrate the many rich cultures that make up our Swansfield community. Would you like to share a piece of your culture too? You can host a country table, perform a song or dance, wear clothing from your culture, or even bring some tasty foods for everyone to try.
