We Can't Wait to See Your Creations!

We had a great time meeting our future Swans during our virtual visits!

For those of you who attended one of the virtual visits, the written directions and links for the follow- up activities are shared below.  

We look forward to learning a little more about each of our new students and we hope you will participate in this optional activity!  We ask that all creations be shared by Tuesday, May 26th. 

Directions:

1. Choose one of Swansfield’s Success Factors by clicking the corresponding link below: 
   1. Kindness: your actions and/or words are intended to help others
   2. Self-Control: doing what is best in the long-term despite short-term temptations
   3. Perseverance: doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success
   4. Empathy: ability to understand and share feelings of another
   5. Accountability: accepting responsibility for one’s actions
   6. Hope: willing to consider new ideas or try new things
2. Select ‘File’, ‘Make a Copy’, ‘Entire Presentation’
3. Edit the presentation by inserting your name, explaining how you show the success factor you selected, and insert a picture of yourself. 
4. When you have completed the activity, select ‘File, ‘Download’, ‘PDF’
5. Once the PDF is saved on your computer email the file to Deborah Slater at Deborah_Slater@hcpss.org. 

We will be compiling all of our submissions for a Future Swan slideshow that will be shared on social media.  If you do not want your child’s submission to be included in the slide show, please be sure to note this in your email to Ms. Slater.
